These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Falling Keys Generator web service ("Service") operated by Falling Keys ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Falling Keys provides an AI-powered service that converts uploaded piano audio recordings into falling-keys tutorial videos. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change without notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@thefallingkeys.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not share your account, create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits, or use automated scripts to access the Service.

The Service allows you to submit a YouTube URL as an audio source. By doing so, you confirm that:
We do not endorse or encourage downloading copyrighted content without authorisation. Use of the YouTube link feature is at your own risk and responsibility.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content generated through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@thefallingkeys.com with sufficient information to identify the claimed infringement. We will respond promptly to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.
Each video is charged on a pay-per-video basis (currently £1.99 per video) unless a subscription plan is active. A 7-second preview is generated before payment. You will not be charged until you choose to unlock and download a video. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to existing users. Payments are processed via Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law or where the generated output is materially defective.
Audio files must be 10 minutes or shorter. Uploads above this limit will be rejected before processing begins. We reserve the right to apply fair-use limits to prevent automated abuse of the service.
You retain all rights to the audio you upload and the videos generated from it. We do not claim ownership of your content. By uploading audio, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Falling Keys name, logo, software, and AI models are our proprietary property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use them.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of transcription, or uninterrupted availability. AI transcription results may be imperfect and are provided as-is.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Falling Keys and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and stored content will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will notify account holders by email at least 14 days in advance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
